1. All orders must be submitted in writing in store or through our online ordering system.
 
2. Prices for printing services are subject to change without notice.
 
3. Payment is due in full at the time of order placement. We accept Money in Store & all cards except American Express as forms of payment.
 
4. All sales are final and non-refundable once the order has been placed.
 
5. We are not responsible for errors in the content, design, or layout of any materials provided by the customer. It is the customer’s responsibility to proofread and approve all materials before printing.
 
6. Turnaround times for printing orders may vary depending on the size and complexity of the order. We will provide an estimated delivery date.
 
7. Any changes or modifications to an order must be submitted in via the contact page of with your order number as subject.
Modifications may incur additional fees.
 
8. We reserve the right to refuse service to any customer for any reason.
 
9. Designs created by OB Printing remain the property of OB Printing and may not be reproduced or used without permission.
 
10. By placing an order with OB Printing, the customer agrees to abide by these terms and conditions.
